Our hats are handmade with care. The production usually takes up to 2 weeks maximum. Once completed, your order is shipped via Colissimo, La Poste, or Chronopost with estimated delivery times between 3 and 5 business days.

We accept exchanges within 20 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in excellent condition, as you received it. However, customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our hats are made from high-quality materials, including wool felt and rabbit fur. The inner band made of lamb leather ensures optimal comfort and excellent durability.

To preserve the quality of your hat, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. Use a soft brush to remove dust and store it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
